Required Experience :

Responsibilities :
As an HR Supervisor, you will oversee and manage key human resource functions, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work culture.
- Recruitment & Onboarding – Manage the end-to-end hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Employee Relations – Address employee concerns, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive company culture.
- Performance Management – Develop and implement performance evaluation systems, set goals, and provide feedback.
- Compliance & HR Policies – Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Payroll & Compensation Support – Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary payments.
- Employee Benefits Administration – Manage health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.
- HR Database & Records – Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Training & Development – Support employee growth through training programs and career development initiatives.
- Timekeeping & Agency Coordination – Monitor employee time records and liaise with external agencies for HR-related processes.
