Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound / outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system
Follow scripts, processes, and guidelines to ensure service quality
Achieve performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Work closely with teammates and leaders to improve customer service delivery
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High Graduate (K-12)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems
Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
BPO experience is a plus but not required
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig
