Quality and Process Excellence Lead
Lead process excellence initiatives, drive improvement projects, and ensure governance for large engagements in a fast‑paced environment. Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen tools to standardize and optimize processes, maintain profitability, and mitigate CSAT risks.
Responsibilities
- Drive benchmarking and best‑practice deployment across accounts.
- Identify process gaps and opportunities to infuse efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with customers and operations leadership to close improvement initiatives.
- Lead consulting assignments and deliver business value through quality initiatives.
- Ensure all process metrics are met and maintain governance for Quality / Process Excellence initiatives.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in process excellence or quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.Experience delivering value to customers through quality initiatives and process optimization.Location
