Quality and Process Excellence Lead

Lead process excellence initiatives, drive improvement projects, and ensure governance for large engagements in a fast‑paced environment. Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen tools to standardize and optimize processes, maintain profitability, and mitigate CSAT risks.

Responsibilities

  • Drive benchmarking and best‑practice deployment across accounts.
  • Identify process gaps and opportunities to infuse efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with customers and operations leadership to close improvement initiatives.
  • Lead consulting assignments and deliver business value through quality initiatives.
  • Ensure all process metrics are met and maintain governance for Quality / Process Excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in process excellence or quality assurance.

  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Experience delivering value to customers through quality initiatives and process optimization.
