We’re looking for a high-agency, technically minded Executive Operations Partner who can operate as an early-stage generalist—building processes, improving workflows, solving operational gaps, and keeping fast-moving founders unblocked. This role goes beyond traditional EA work; you’ll function as an extension of the founders across operations, execution, and systems development.

What You’ll Own

Founder Support & Cross-Functional Ops

  • Act as a generalist operator across multiple brands and workstreams
  • Translate broad strategic goals into actionable plans with minimal direction
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel logistics, and inbox priorities
  • Track projects, manage follow-ups, and proactively remove bottlenecks
  • Systems Building & Process Improvement

  • Build simple, lightweight workflows for recurring tasks (logistics, content pipelines, vendor coordination, etc.)
  • Organize information across Google Suite, Notion, and other internal tools
  • Implement structure to reduce decision fatigue for founders
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and execute them end-to-end
  • Light Technical Operations

  • Support basic platform operations as needed (orders, audits, subscriptions—not customer service)
  • Maintain accurate data across systems and ensure tools stay updated
  • Coordinate with ops partners, fulfillment teams, or external vendors
  • Content & Growth Workflow Support

  • Manage simple posting, scheduling, and content updates
  • Assist in coordinating creative or marketing deliverables in fast-moving campaigns
  • Conduct online research, consolidate insights, and prepare light briefs
  • What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in operations, EA work, founder support, or generalist roles within tech, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Strong execution abilities with little to no handholding
  • High situational awareness and excellent communication
  • Proven experience building or improving internal processes
  • Ability to learn context quickly and propose solutions independently
  • Comfort working across multiple brands and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Tech-savvy and fast at learning new tools (Notion, Airtable, Shopify basics, Google Suite, Slack, automations, etc.)
  • Nice to Have

  • Background supporting founders or operators in fast-paced, early-stage companies
  • Experience in e-commerce, DTC, wellness, or digital-first environments
  • Exposure to customer experience workflows (but not as your main role)
  • Familiarity with operations automations or tooling
