Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
Conduct client intake interviews and gather relevant case information
Accurately document client details in the case management system
Screen potential cases based on established criteria
Schedule consultations for attorneys or case managers
Provide clear, professional communication to prospective clients
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
1+ year of intake, call center, customer service, or legal support experience
Strong spoken and written English skills (required)
Must be located outside the United States
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a quiet workspace
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work U.S. business hours or overlapping hours
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
