Job Type : Full-time, long-term contractor

Compensation :  $800 - $1,200 USD

Join our financial services team as an Administrative & Business Development Support professional, where you'll start with essential administrative tasks and grow into business development responsibilities. This entry-level role offers a structured path from email management and CRM support to lead generation and pipeline nurturing. You'll work closely with multiple business partners while maintaining our company's personal communication standards. The position features a phased responsibility approach, allowing you to build confidence and skills progressively. This role suits someone with a sales-minded approach rather than a purely administrative focus.

  • Manage email communications while maintaining the owner's personal tone and voice across all customer interactions
  • Create and maintain CRM deal entries to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and data integrity
  • Handle document processing and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Execute lead management and outreach activities to support business development initiatives
  • Nurture pipeline opportunities through systematic follow-up and relationship-building activities

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM.
  • Proven experience managing shared inboxes or delegated access in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency in CRM data entry and deal creation within platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience managing DocuSign templates.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to draft professional emails for management review while following established communication workflows.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in structured data entry tasks.
  • Foundational knowledge of sales and business development processes.
  • Ability to execute batch email campaigns (50–100 emails) with consistent tone and messaging.
  • Some college coursework required; suitable for an entry-level professional candidate.
