• Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations
• Supervise the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and products
• Ensure accurate inventory management and control systems
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery and transportation costs
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal department for smooth operations
• Monitor and maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and orderliness
• Prepare and analyze reports related to warehouse and logistics performance
• Lead, train and evaluate warehouse and logistics staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Identify process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
