Job descriptionDevelop and implement a comprehensive digital adoption strategy aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with IT and business leaders to ensure unified execution of digital initiatives. Design and manage learning programs including in-app guidance, tutorials, and live training sessions to enhance user adoption. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of adoption programs and identify improvement areas. Lead and mentor the Digital Adoption team to promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Skills and requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any related course
- With 5 years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or learning and development focused on technology adoption
- With 5 years of experience in applying change management principles and methodologies
- With Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) certification from platforms such as WalkMe, Whatfix, or AppLearn.
- Willing to work in Makati City
