About the Role

As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of automation projects and services, ensuring all initiatives meet agreed scope, timelines, and budget. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, commercial acumen, and strong people leadership to build high-performing teams and foster lasting client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

Lead automation projects from planning through to delivery and handover

Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery governance

Build trusted client relationships and act as a delivery advisor

Provide clear, data-driven reporting tailored to stakeholder needs

Lead and coach multi-disciplinary delivery teams (onshore & offshore)

Support pre-sales activity and identify growth opportunities within accounts

What You Bring

5+ years’ experience delivering technology or automation solutions

Hands-on experience with RPA, workflow, or automation platforms

Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen

Comfortable working in structured delivery environments with a pragmatic approach

Certifications

PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe or LeSS) certification is advantageous.

PROSCI Change Practitioner certification desirable.

Tech environment

UiPath | Microsoft Power Platform | Azure | DevOps / CI-CD
