JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to become part of our growing retail team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a lively, hands-on environment and are dedicated to creating outstanding shopping experiences. As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in engaging customers, helping them find the right products, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the store.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Warmly welcome every shopper and deliver attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure each customer leaves satisfied
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately through the POS system
• Maintain attractive, organized, and clean store displays and merchandise areas
• Apply effective sales techniques to achieve both individual and team goals
• Take part in store events, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives (including digital and social media promotions)
• Provide prompt, courteous support for any post-purchase inquiries or concerns
• Share valuable customer feedback and product insights with the management team
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and day-to-day store upkeep
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of new employees while fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
