What You'll Do :

🤝 Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate documentation for optimal reimbursement.

📝 Review and appeal denied claims to maximize revenue recovery.

🔍 Stay updated on healthcare regulations affecting billing practices.

💡 Provide training and support to team members on best practices in revenue cycle management.

What We’re Looking For :

✅ Minimum of 1 year experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing.

✅ Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and insurance policies.

✅ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with EHR systems is a plus.
