Role Overview
The Partnerships Operations Manager owns post-sale growth, renewals, and operational readiness across existing client partnerships. This role is closest to a Sales / Revenue Operations function, with a strong emphasis on renewals, expansions, utilization, and delivery alignment rather than new client acquisition.
You will ensure that renewals and expansions are forecasted accurately, operationally feasible, and executed on time, working closely with Account Managers, Operations, Finance, and Training teams.
Success in this role is measured by renewal rate, expansion revenue, utilization health, and operational discipline across existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Growth, Expansion & Renewals
Track all existing client contracts, renewal timelines, notice periods, and terms
Own renewal tracking, including visibility of upcoming renewals, risk flags, and dependencies
Partner with Account Managers and leadership to prepare renewal strategies, pricing alignment, and expansion scenarios
Lead or co-lead renewal conversations where operational readiness, utilization, or delivery performance is critical
Ensure renewal and expansion commitments are operationally feasible and accurately reflected in forecasts
Revenue, Renewal & Performance Operations
Own forecasting for renewal and expansion revenue across existing accounts
Maintain dashboards covering renewal status, expansion pipeline, utilization, and revenue impact
Analyze renewal outcomes to identify operational drivers of success, risk, or churn
Process, Systems & Scale
Standardize workflows for renewal tracking, preparation, and execution
Ensure CRM and reporting systems accurately reflect renewal dates, terms, and outcomes
Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tracking and follow-ups
Cross-Functional Enablement
Act as the operational bridge between Partnerships, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Training
Ensure smooth handoffs between commercial discussions and delivery execution
Surface renewal risks early and drive cross-functional mitigation plans
Required Experience (Strict)
Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following :
Online tutoring or education outsourcing companies, or
BPO / outsourcing environments supporting long-term client accounts
Experience must include post-sale operations exposure, such as renewals, account growth, utilization management, or service delivery optimization.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in Partnerships Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles
Proven experience supporting growth and renewals of existing clients in an outsourcing or service-based environment
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational processes
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Background
Experience in education, tutoring, or talent outsourcing models
Familiarity with utilization metrics, capacity planning, and SLA-driven delivery
Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Renewals are planned, tracked, and executed proactively, not reactively
Leadership has clear, reliable visibility into renewal timelines, risks, and expansion forecasts
Expansion commitments are operationally sound, well-forecasted, and delivered on time
Utilization across renewed and expanded accounts remains healthy (90–95%)
Renewal risks are identified early, documented, and actively mitigated
Account Managers, Operations, and Finance experience smoother handoffs and fewer surprises
Dashboards and reporting are trusted and actively used for decision-making
What This Role Is Not
Not a new-logo or outbound sales role
Not a quota-carrying hunter position
Not a purely administrative or CRM-cleanup role
Not limited to reporting without ownership or decision impact
Not a call-center or traditional BPO account management role
Not a role focused only on relationship management without operational accountability
This role is for someone who owns post-sale growth and renewal execution, combines commercial judgment with operational rigor, and is accountable for outcomes—not just coordination.
Work Set-up and Requirements
Schedule : Schedule : May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
Workdays : Five-day workweek with two rest days.
Location : Remote-first with once-a-month in-person gatherings within NCR
Fully comfortable with time monitoring software
Desktop / laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher
Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
