CEBU ONSITE – Customer Service Representatives (Open to Fresh Graduates / No Experience)

What You’ll Be Doing :

Work in a 100% call center and phone-based environment

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries

Provide friendly and helpful support to resolve customer concerns

Log interactions accurately and follow up when needed
