Job Title : Client Outreach & Loan Generation Specialist
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM CST (with 1-hour unpaid break)
About the Role
We are seeking 2 motivated Client Outreach & Loan Generation Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will proactively engage with an existing client base of approximately 11,000 customers to identify financing needs and generate new loan opportunities. This is a results-driven role where success is rewarded through per-loan bonuses, with a target of 5-10 deals per month .
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing clients from a CRM system.
Identify potential financing opportunities and qualify leads.
Overcome objections and effectively communicate loan options.
Track and report all client interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly loan generation goals.
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
Must have call center or sales experience .
Strong phone communication skills with clear, professional English (no heavy accent).
Comfortable handling objections and persisting to achieve results.
High level of motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Experience in sales, real estate, or lending is highly preferred.
Highly Regarded (Optional) Skills
Knowledge of lending products and real estate financing.
Previous experience with CRM platforms for client outreach.
