Job Summary :

As a Power BI Developer at BDO Unibank, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful business insights through interactive dashboards and reports. You will collaborate with business users, data engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze, organize, and integrate raw data from various sources.

Design and develop data models and Power BI dashboards based on business requirements.

Apply UI / UX best practices to create clear, user-friendly visualizations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Maintain and enhance BI solutions, ensuring alignment with data architecture and governance standards.

Provide training and support to business users and junior team members on Power BI tools.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and specifications.

Ensure compliance with security policies and SDLC processes.

Evaluate and implement new BI tools and technologies through Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives.

Manage third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery of BI solutions.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in developing BI solutions, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft BI Stack : Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS.

Strong command of DAX, Power Query, and SQL.

Experience in data modeling and normalization.

Knowledge of data integration, warehousing, and cloud data platforms.

Soft Skills :

Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
