We’re looking for an AI Implementation Specialist and Engineer who can help build, deploy, and maintain AI-driven tools that power internal operations across hiring, sourcing, automation, and client workflows. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate business problems into AI-first solutions using LLMs, automation platforms, vector databases, and custom scripts.
You’ll work closely with leadership to identify operational bottlenecks, design AI-powered systems, and ship internal tools that make our team faster, more accurate, and scalable.

What You’ll Work On
AI Automation and Workflow Engineering
Build and maintain AI-driven workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, LangChain, or custom scriptsCreate agents and automated systems to streamline sourcing, screening, client reporting, and operational tasksIntegrate LLMs with internal databases, third-party APIs, and CRM systemsConvert manual processes into scalable, automated workflowsInternal Tool Development
Develop lightweight internal tools to support recruiting, operations, and analyticsUse Python, JavaScript, or no-code tools to build dashboards, data pipelines, and automationsImplement vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems when neededMaintain version control, documentation, and deployment best practicesTechnical Discovery and Implementation
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into technical workflowsPrototype, test, and iterate on AI solutions until output is reliable and production readyEvaluate new AI tools, APIs, and frameworks that could improve internal efficiencyMonitor performance, accuracy, and stability of deployed AI systemsCross-Functional Collaboration
Work with recruiting teams to refine AI-powered sourcing and candidate evaluationSupport leadership with data insights and automation ideasDocument workflows, create internal training materials, and ensure systems remain maintainableProvide light troubleshooting and tech support for AI tools used by the teamWhat You Bring
3 to 5 years of experience in AI automation, software engineering, or technical implementationHands-on experience building workflows with Make, Zapier, or custom automation scriptsFamiliarity with LLMs, embeddings, RAG systems, and agent-style architecturesAbility to build prototypes quickly while still maintaining reliability and clarityStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsComfortable working independently with minimal directionExcellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaborationNice to Have
