Rehabilitation Specialist

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in Pilates instruction, class programming, and client progress monitoring preferred, but candidates without Pilates experience must be willing to be trained.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, patient assessment, and adaptive equipment.

• Conduct physical evaluations and design individualized rehabilitation and Pilates programs.
• Teach Pilates exercises on mat and equipment, focusing on proper alignment and injury prevention.
• Apply physical therapy modalities (heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation, muscle release, traction).
• Monitor and update patient progress; provide home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate clients on posture, breathing, and exercises.
• Lead fitness classes (private/group, online/on-site).
• Maintain equipment, manage scheduling, and assist with social media marketing and receptionist duties as needed.
• Ensure patient privacy and safety within the facility.
