Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in Pilates instruction, class programming, and client progress monitoring preferred, but candidates without Pilates experience must be willing to be trained.
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, patient assessment, and adaptive equipment.
Responsibilities :
Conduct physical evaluations and design individualized rehabilitation and Pilates programs.Teach Pilates exercises on mat and equipment, focusing on proper alignment and injury prevention.Apply physical therapy modalities (heat / cold therapy, electrical stimulation, muscle release, traction).Monitor and update patient progress; provide home exercise programs.Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate clients on posture, breathing, and exercises.Lead fitness classes (private / group, online / on-site).Maintain equipment, manage scheduling, and assist with social media marketing and receptionist duties as needed.Ensure patient privacy and safety within the facility.About Halcyon Marine Healthcare Systems Inc. :
