Service Technician

An Automotive Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role supports the dealership’s service operations by delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Diagnostics & Repairs : Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems including engines, transmissions, and hybrid systems.

Repairs & Maintenance : Perform routine services such as oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks.

Component Replacement : Repair or replace faulty parts including suspension systems, exhausts, and transmissions.

Documentation : Accurately record work performed, parts used, and labor hours in service reports.

Workplace Safety : Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.

Team Collaboration : Coordinate with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
