Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Sydney with an hour unpaid break
Scope :
Primary focus on HR and administrative functionsDirect reporting relationship with managementInternal team and support worker communication onlyResponsibilities :
Maintain and update all employee documentation and records within your custom software platformMonitor and manage NDIS service agreements, ensuring all documents are current and within required timeframesTrack and update client behavior support documents and forms, ensuring proper allocation within the systemGenerate alerts and requests for document renewals and updates as neededManage daily roster operations, ensuring all shifts are fully covered and staffed appropriatelyFollow up with support workers to ensure proper sign-in procedures for accurate payroll and trackingPerform basic invoicing calculations using NDIS item codes, rates, and service hoursCommunicate with internal team members and support workers via phone and messagingEnsure compliance with NDIS documentation and reporting requirementsRequirements :
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyBasic mathematical skills for invoicing calculationsComfortable learning and working with new software platformsExperience with administrative or HR tasks preferredUnderstanding of NDIS processes and documentation would be advantageousIndependent Contractor Perks
