Job descriptionProficient in Mandarin and English. Bachelor’s degree in any course. Having experience in human resources and case management. Having experience in Customer Service from a BPO / Shared Service. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Computer operating and database management skills Review medical documents related to leave accommodation of the employees. Mandarin HR Advisor is responsible for providing expert guidance on workplace accommodations and ensuring compliance. Collaborate and coordinate with third-party administrators, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, employees, and other relevant departments or systems as needed. Educate employees and HR on complicated aspects of the return to work, accommodation, and complex case processes. Keep system records up to date to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information and documentation.
