You'll be trusted to manage core accounting operations independently, ensure timely and accurate month-end closes, and maintain financial data that leaders can confidently use to make decisions.

The role requires sound judgment, follow-through, and comfort working with recurring monthly cycles in a fast-moving but disciplined environment.

You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting execution as well as critical monthly deliverables, including reconciliations, reporting, payroll processing, and commission calculations tied to assets under management.

Core Responsibilities ? Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations with accuracy and consistency.

• ? Prepare and close monthly financial statements, including profit and loss and balance sheets.
• ? Calculate and reconcile monthly commissions based on assets under management.
• ? Process payroll accurately and on schedule using a payroll management system.
• ? Maintain well-organized, audit-ready financial records and supporting documentation.

Requirements ? Proven experience performing monthly bank and account reconciliations.
