Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or with equivalent work experience.
At least 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles).
Knowledge of Philippine taxation and government compliance is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
