What is your mission?
You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks :
- Advisory and support services for clients concerning the order process.
- Styling, shopping, and selection of key-pieces of the current season up to the completion of whole looks.
- Close cooperation with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.
Who are we looking for?
- Completed 2 years in college.
- Preferably but not required of 6 months customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Amenable to work rotating shifts.
