Amazon Ordering Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Ordering / Data Analyst helps in analyzing brand sales data and making recommendations on ordering to ensure stable and profitable sales. They will also deal with suppliers, collect their data, and follow up with them to solve issues. They also serve as assistants to the US Managers, ensuring the US team gets all the information they need.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Use Excel workbooks to analyze data based on specific rules for the brand
• Solve problems by monitoring dashboards and communicating with the US Team on potential solutions
• Prospect potential brands and services online
• Communicate with the US and Philippine teams to ensure orders are placed smoothly
• Collects, gathers, and analyzes necessary data to get the brand successfully onboarded
• Works and collaborates with other departments to ensure the brand is successful
• Liaise between suppliers and the corresponding operations department
• Assists managers with marketing campaigns and promotions
• Schedules meetings and appointments between clients and the US Managers.
• Delivers other projects assigned by the US team
