Job Summary
As a Trading Services Analyst in Insurance and Retirement Operations, you review applications, additions, and post-issue documents submitted by Financial Advisors. You help identify process gaps, propose improvements, and develop effective controls. We work together to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of quality. Your contributions help us deliver reliable solutions and strengthen our operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new business applications, additions, and post-issue documents
- Collaborate with business partners to implement system, policy, and procedural enhancements
- Propose and implement process improvements
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
- Support business partner deliverables and document quality standards
- Manage relationships with global partners
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Demonstrate understanding of Insurance and Retirement processes
- Represent the team to internal and external stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team members
