Accounting Staff

1. Assist the Accountant in the preparation of sales invoices.

2. Assist the Accountant in receiving collections and / or certificates of withholding tax (CWT) from customers.

3. Assist the accountant in the preparation of Accounts Receivable (AR) monitoring schedule and collection list.

4. Coordinate with customer any discrepancy noted between OR details versus sales invoice, check and / or CWT.

5. Maintain record of CWTs on hand and follow-up on CWTs not yet transmitted to the company.

6. Perform collection follow-ups to various customers.

7. Maintain record of Sales Book. OTHERS Other adhoc activities that will be needed to assist Accounting Manager.
