Job Summary
Responsible in ensuring that the company’s sales forecast across all regions are met. Direct and oversee sales personnel on the proper implementation of company policies and sales strategies. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel within the company and in the assigned customer accounts.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or any related field
- Minimum five (5) to ten (10) years of proven working experience as National Sales Manager or Sales Manager preferably from FMCG or any related sales and marketing field.
- Has excellent computer, analytical, communication and people management skills.
- Expert in negotiation and building business relationships.
- Results Driven and good sales planning skills.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to read and analyze sales reports and market analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel within the company and in the assigned customer accounts.Negotiate and close agreements with the key customers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and develop possible improvements.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.Provide timely and effective solution aligned with the customer’s needs.Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our relationships with them through regular trade check and customer visit to all regions.Provide on the ground support to Area Managers and Regional Sales Managers as they generate leads and close new deals.Prepare monthly sales reports and submit to Managing Director.Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Prepare reporting as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
