Assurance Manager [Affordable Housing]

Your Team

This position will support our Affordable Housing Group . CohnReznick is a real estate advisory firm offering integrated opportunities and cross-functional learning to fast-track your career. You will work on a team with Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners, delivering value to clients.

Your Role

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
• Develop detailed engagement work plans
• Illustrate budgets and schedules
• Actively participate in proposals
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, with regular performance coaching and feedback
