Job Summary :

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to strengthen our position in the Philippine IT solutions market. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT solutions industry dynamics and a proven track record in managing brand portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of corporate market insights, brand positioning, and market trends, combined with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful product innovations and market engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development and Launch : Collaborate with the product development team to ideate, test, and launch new products, ensuring they meet brand standards and client needs.

Brand Strategy and Positioning : Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring a strong and unique positioning in the personal care market.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and inform brand strategy.

Campaign Planning and Execution : Design and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store activities, to drive brand awareness and market share.

Budget Management : Oversee brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Performance Tracking and Reporting : Track brand performance metrics and generate insights to optimize strategies. Prepare and present performance reports to key stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across marketing, sales, product development, and supply chain to align on brand goals and support smooth execution of brand initiatives.

Brand Advocacy : Act as the brand champion within the company, fostering a brand-driven culture and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Job Qualifications :

  • Graduate of any business and marketing related course. (MBA degree is an advantage)
  • At least, five (5+) years of product marketing industry experience (Industry may be in IT, Services, FMCG or Corporate marketing)
  • Solid knowledge of market research techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build and manage a sales and marketing team
  • Experienced in planning and driving growth of product or solutions categories Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver results within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Based in either Manila or Cebu (preferably Manila)
  • Willing to do occasional travel
