Our Consumer Lending Mortgage Sales team is looking for passionate and service-oriented professionals to join us as Sales Associates in our Luzon offices.

As a Sales Associate Mortgage, you will support the home loan process from account pre-qualification to post-booking, ensuring a smooth experience for clients, developers, and partner brokers.

What the role will entail

• Conducts pre-qualification of accounts and assists clients, developers, and brokers with loan inquiries
• Coordinates with internal teams for credit evaluation, document preparation, and loan signing
• Facilitates requirements such as NFIS, project appraisals, and compliance for loan approval
• Prepares and reviews documents for the issuance of Letter of Guaranty and loan release
• Maintains updated status reports and provides post-booking support to clients

What we're looking for

• Bachelors Degree in any Business-related course
• Experience in Sales or a financial institution is an advantage but not required
• Technical Competencies:
• Computer literate
• Basic understanding of banking transactions related to mortgage and loans
• Proficiency in basic math
