Integration Support Specialist

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (Sarasota, FL Time)

Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Integration Support Specialist to troubleshoot, optimize, and build automation workflows for web-based systems. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for real-time support tickets, using your technical expertise in APIs, Python, JavaScript, Zapier, and Make to keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for a resourceful self-starter who thrives in asynchronous collaboration, documents their work clearly, and delivers fast, reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

Resolve support tickets in real time, handling automation requests, configuration issues, and workflow bugs.

Build and maintain tools using Python, JavaScript, Zapier, Make, and other platforms.

Create clear documentation and Loom videos for every solution delivered.

Collaborate asynchronously across time zones, providing updates, flagging blockers, and ensuring alignment.

Own Rocks (quarterly project goals), earning bonuses for on-time delivery.

Proactively improve systems and internal tooling during downtime to support company scalability.

Measurable (How Success Will Be Evaluated)

Speed to Deliver : Solutions deployed within 2 business days.

Self-Sufficiency : 80% of tickets resolved without escalation.

Bug Turnarounds : Fixes within 24 hours of report.

Documentation : 100% of solutions delivered with Loom or written instructions.

Repeat Ticket Rate : Less than 1.2 follow-ups per solution.

Proactive Projects : 1–2 internal wins shipped per month.

Communication : Clear, timely, asynchronous updates.

Rocks : $200 bonus for each completed on-time project.

Requirements

Strong experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.

Familiarity with REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and JSON.

Background supporting web-based SaaS tools.

Fast, resourceful, solution-driven mindset.

Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills.

Must provide own equipment and have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
