Schedule : Weekends Off

Requirements :

• Any College Degree is required
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team handling insurance services / financial / banking account (Global Support BPO or Shared Services)
• Metrics / KPIs : Preferably with experience handling / monitoring metrics, e.g., CSAT, NPS, AHT, FCR
