Logistics Manager - Based in Philippines

Overview :

The Logistics Manager will oversee all logistics operations, including ASRS system management, warehousing, transportation, inventory control, and distribution activities. The role ensures efficient, accurate, and cost-effective flow of goods while maintaining high service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement logistics strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including manual and ASRS-managed storage, receiving, picking, and dispatch.
• Manage ASRS system performance, including monitoring system uptime, resolving errors, and coordinating with vendors for maintenance or troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, ASRS data reconciliation, and system audits.
• Optimize ASRS and warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and productivity.
• Manage transportation schedules, carrier performance, and route planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping documentation and logistics reporting.
• Monitor logistics and ASRS operation costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead, train, and supervise the logistics and warehouse team, including ASRS operators.
• Track KPIs for warehouse, ASRS system, and logistics performance to support continuous improvement.
