Qualifications :

With 6 months Sales experience (BPO or Non-BPO)
At least 7 months Customer Care experience in Tech or Sales
Excellent communication skills

Assist customers with telco-related concerns (billing, service, tech)
Promote and upsell telco products and services
Troubleshoot technical issues or resolve billing concerns
Provide outstanding customer service on every call!
