Qualifications :

At least High School or Senior High Graduate

With 6 months Sales experience (BPO or Non-BPO)

At least 7 months Customer Care experience in Tech or Sales

Excellent communication skills

What You'll Do :

Assist customers with telco-related concerns (billing, service, tech)

Promote and upsell telco products and services

Troubleshoot technical issues or resolve billing concerns

Provide outstanding customer service on every call!

Telco – Tech Support : Focus on technical troubleshooting, device setup, and connectivity issues - ₱26,000

Telco – Billing Support : Handle billing concerns, plan upgrades, and account inquiries - ₱23,000
