Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Head of Sales - HMO at Servare Healthcare Insurance Broker Inc. This role will be responsible for driving company growth by sourcing new business opportunities, leading negotiations, closing deals, and managing account renewals for HMO plans.
- Develops and drives client sourcing strategies (telemarketing, referrals, partnerships, and outreach) to ensure a strong and sustainable pipeline of prospects.
- Leads relationship-building efforts with key stakeholders, key clients, and strategic partners to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Reviews and approves proposals, presentations, and contracts , ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives.
- Oversees the HMO sales cycle , providing guidance and support to the sales team from prospecting to deal closure.
- Monitors, analyzes, and reports on sales performance , including pipeline health, conversion metrics, and overall team achievement.
- Drives revenue growth and ensures financial targets are met by reinforcing the value proposition of the company’s offerings and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Works closely with the Account Management team to resolve escalated client concerns, enhance service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Directs account renewal and retention strategies , implementing initiatives to strengthen long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications
