Job descriptionManage and follow up on assigned leads promptly Conduct consultations (in-person / phone / online) Prepare quotations and proposals; explain service packages clearly Close sales and coordinate schedule with operations team Maintain CRM updates and follow-through until job completion Support walk-ins and branch sales activities Encourage upsells, referrals, and repeat business Ensure proper documentation and commission tagging Conduct after-sales follow-up and endorse to aftersales team PPF, Wraps, Ceramic Coating, Window Tints, Security Films, and Vehicle customization services

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years sales experience, ideally in automotive or premium services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- CRM experience (Lark CRM or similar)
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
- Professional appearance and confident dealing with premium clients
