Engineering Director

Philippines - Hybrid Work Environment (Meet in Makati office once a month)

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Director to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple software development projects and engineering teams. This role is ideal for a technically adept leader with a strong background in system design, hands‑on software development, and coaching engineers toward excellence in a fast‑paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities :

• Project Oversight : Own the success of 5–10 client projects , ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Technical Supervision : Guide the technical architecture of each project, making sure engineering teams are building the right solutions the right way.
• Team Management : Directly manage and support a team of 10–20 engineers , working on different client projects. Identify performance gaps, provide coaching, and promote growth.
• Reporting : Communicate project health and engineering performance to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
