Job Summary : The HR Services Coordinator III (Developing Support level), will be

focused on Global Mobility activities. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-

oriented Global Mobility Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. This

contractor role is designed to provide essential coordination, administrative and

operational support to the Global Mobility function, helping to ensure smooth

execution of immigration, business travel and cross-border compliance. The ideal

candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing data,

and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to work to Service Level Agreements
• Clear and professional communication style.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Service Now
• Experience with HR systems or mobility platforms is a plus.
• Able to work independently but under the direction and support of a team lead.
• Regularly review performance and progress.
• Able to review policy and guidance and interpret this into day-to-day actions and requirements.
