Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the department.
Maintain and arrange files in order.
Answer phone calls and emails
Encode and maintain data into the system
Answers querries from clients or buyers
Other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
Graduate of any four-year Finance / Business course
Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
Must be keen to details and can perform mathematical skills
