Job descriptionSet up before the call : Open your slide deck, test your mic and camera, and make sure the company's live demo are ready. Greet and build rapport. Welcome the dentist, confirm if they can see / hear you, and ask how they'd like to be addressed. Introduce the company briefly : Share the company that it is a 24 / 7 AI assistant that helps dental clinics handle patient messages, calls and admin tasks. Show how the company works : Screen-share the chatbot, run through 2-3 patient scenarios (e.g., booking, insurance question, clinical note). Wrap up and next steps : Thank them, ask if they'd like to try our AI chatbot, and let them know someone from the team will follow up.
