RESPONSIBILITIES :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fund Management Senior Analyst with
a strong foundation in tax compliance and investor-level tax reporting. This role is pivotal in
ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of tax documentation prepared by our third
party administrators, particularly during the peak tax season. You will serve as a critical reviewer
and gatekeeper for investor tax documents and will be actively involved in gathering and
organizing tax support files, handling tax inquiries, and managing composite filing processes.
1. Tax Document Review – Level 1 Oversight
- Conduct detailed first-level reviews of tax documentation prepared by third-party tax
vendors and administrators for end-investors.
Review both static and dynamic data presented in tax workbooks for accuracy andcompleteness.
Validate tax calculations and ensure proper application of tax rules.Types of tax documents include but are not limited to :➢ Federal K-1s
➢ Federal K-3s
➢ State K-1s
➢ Federal Returns
➢ State Returns
2. Tax Season Support
Lead efforts in Tax Support Sourcing, including : -➢ Pulling backup documentation from internal systems or third parties.
➢ Uploading and organizing files within secure portals during tax finalization season.
➢ Support final deliverables to ensure stakeholders have timely access to the
required tax support materials.
3. Composite Filing and Coordination
Coordinate composite state filings as necessary for applicable investor accounts.Liaise with service providers and administrators to ensure composite filingrequirements are met across jurisdictions.
4. Investor Communication & State Inquiry Letter Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries from investors and internalstakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses.
Partner with Investor Relations and Compliance teams to clarify tax treatments, datainterpretations, and investor-level reporting issues.
Review and manage state tax inquiry letters, ensuring appropriate actions are takento address and resolve any discrepancies or requests.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related fieldCourse work is a plus.1-2 years of experience in fund accounting, tax review, or a similar role within assetmanagement or public accounting.
Strong understanding of K-1 / K-3 reporting, federal and state tax returns, and compositefilings.
Familiarity with private funds (hedge, private equity, real estate) structures preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tax preparation software or data reviewsystems is an advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tightdeadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively withexternal administrators and internal stakeholders.
