Job description

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, content optimization, and SEO analytics. You will also be responsible for managing multiple SEO accounts simultaneously, ensuring tailored strategies for different clients or business units. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and enhance website performance.

A. SEO Strategy and Multi-Account Management

  • Develop and implement customized SEO strategies for multiple accounts business units.
  • Manage and prioritize SEO tasks across various clients or internal teams.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and industry best practices for each account.

B. Technical SEO and Website Optimization

  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues like indexation, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript SEO.
  • Optimize website architecture, page speed, structured data, and mobile usability.
  • Work closely with developers, content teams, and stakeholders to resolve SEO challenges across multiple accounts.
  • C. On-Page SEO and Content Optimization

  • Optimize meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking for multiple websites.
  • Ensure content quality meets E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards.
  • Implement and manage schema markup to enhance search engine visibility.
  • D. Off-Page SEO and Link Building

  • Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies tailored for different clients / accounts.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis and outreach campaigns.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links when necessary.
  • E. SEO Analytics and Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics across multiple accounts using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Generate custom reports and insights for different stakeholders or clients.
  • Conduct SEO A / B testing to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • F. Local SEO and International SEO (if applicable)

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Programming, or equivalent.
  • With at least 3+ years of experience in SEO, with expertise in handling multiple accounts or clients.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.).
  • Must be knowledgeable with the Google workspace.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other website and search performance tools.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, search engine guidelines, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, including structured data, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript SEO.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in creating SEO performance dashboards.
