Job descriptionOpen to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred) At least 2+ years of experience as an Admin Officer. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin Admin Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining business calendars for projects, events, meetings, and operations. Track and audit all scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all documents. Translate and interpret documents, emails, and verbal communications between Mandarin and English. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff in Mandarin. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents in Mandarin and English.
