Your Day-to-Day :
- Manage non-voice account tasks including data entry, email correspondence, and chat support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries through written communication.
- Process service requests, updates, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality and timely responses to customer queries and issues.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
College graduate of any courseNo prior non-voice experience necessary—we provide comprehensive training!Strong written communication and organizational skills.Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.Familiarity with non-voice support tools and systems is a plus but not required.Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (Words Per Minute).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Why You Should Apply :
