Job Summary The corporate Finance team acts as the in-house financial adviser, supporting Business Development Units and Senior Management in the area of high corporate finance. His / her work will be used by the Corporate Finance Managers or AVP to advise Senior Management to make strategic capital investment decisions. An efficient multi-tasker working on multiple projects at a time, he / she will focus on the details.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling – Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive financial models. Design, build and maintain sophisticated financial models to analyze complex business scenarios, project future financial performance, and support strategic initiatives. Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing to evaluate potential impacts on financial outcomes. Raise any issues identified to team lead.
- Financial and Investment Analysis – Lead in-depth financial analyses, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments. Evaluate and analyze potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions, providing comprehensive insights for decision-making. Collaborate with the team to integrate financial analysis into broader business strategies.
- Development and Implementation of Financial Policies – Spearhead the development, review, and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed financial policies into day-to-day operations.
