About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Klaviyo (Email / SMS) Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. This role will be responsible for strategizing, building, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns across our brands, ensuring each touchpoint reflects our brand identity and drives engagement, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns in Klaviyo for multiple brands.
- Segment and personalize campaigns using customer data, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
- Develop automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, post-purchase, etc.) to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing, on-brand templates.
- Conduct A / B testing to optimize subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs.
- Monitor deliverability, open / click rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Maintain and grow subscriber lists while ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations (GDPR, SMS opt-ins, etc.).
- Prepare performance reports and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Support broader CRM and retention marketing strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience managing email and / or SMS marketing campaigns, ideally using Klaviyo .Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation flows, and lifecycle marketing.Experience with eCommerce brands, preferably in fashion or retail .Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate data into strategy.Proficiency in HTML / CSS for email editing is a plus.Creative eye for design and attention to detail.Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brand campaigns simultaneously.Willing to work full time, AEST Time.Requirements
