• To foster the expansion of its business development activities in the Philippines and Asia, Egis is seeking the services of a Senior Proposals Engineer to work for the Asia Region Tender Unit (TU).
• The Senior Proposals Engineer will act primarily as a support to EOI and Proposals preparation under the supervision of the Business Lines (BL) Bid managers and will help to develop first class winning proposals both for the technical, marketing and commercial aspects.

Profile

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL

o MSc Civil Engineering or related field

EXPERIENCE

o Min 7 years of professional experience

o Working for international consultant

o Knowledgeable on IFIIs procurement process

o Experienced on the preparation of Tenders applying the RA procurement guidelines

SKILLS

o Strongly proficient in MS Office, Applicant Tracking System, online tools and job boards

o Rigorous

o High attention to details

o Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in international environment
