Collaboration and Communication : Working as part of an interdisciplinary team with physicians and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Supervision : Overseeing the work of licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other support staff.

Technical Skills : Performing various procedures, such as drawing blood, starting IVs, and operating medical equipment.
