Job description

Salary : P100,000-P150,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule : Monday-Friday (07 : 00 AM-04 : 00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

  • 3+ years of experience in testing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as HighJump, Koerber, Manhattan, or similar platforms — WMS experience is essential .
  • Solid background in SAP ERP testing (SAP ECC or SAP S / 4HANA), with exposure to modules like MM, SD, FICO, WM, or Retail.
  • Experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools like ALM, JIRA, qTest, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SAP integrations and middleware testing (e.g., SAP-BTP) and how they interface with WMS solutions.
  • Ability to conduct UAT and end-to-end testing with business users across supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with SAP automation testing tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify).
  • Familiarity with performance testing for WMS and SAP environments.
  • Background in retail, supply chain operations , or warehouse management systems .
  • Understanding of API testing and integration testing methodologies.

    • What will you do?

  • Test Planning & Execution : Develop, execute, and manage test plans, cases, and scripts for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP ERP modules.
  • System & Integration Testing : Perform functional, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing across WMS platforms (e.g., HighJump, Koerber) and SAP ERP (ECC / S / 4HANA), ensuring smooth integration between systems.
  • Defect Management : Identify, document, and track defects using ALM, JIRA, qTest, or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution and quality outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with business analysts, developers, supply chain teams, and stakeholders to validate requirements and testing outcomes.
  • Automation & Optimization : Implement test automation strategies and tools to enhance testing efficiency, particularly for repetitive WMS and SAP test scenarios.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all test activities adhere to quality standards, supply chain business requirements, and industry best practices.
