Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Team : Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals.
 - Sales Strategy : Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
 - Monitor Performance : Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
 - Training : Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
 - Customer Calls : Join calls when needed to ensure great service and solve issues.
 - Set Targets : Establish and review sales targets for the team.
 - Improve Processes : Continuously enhance telesales workflows for better productivity.
 
Key Requirements
3-5 years of telesales experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Good understanding of telesales and customer engagement.Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.Motivated and goal-oriented
